The design for a new development of 35 apartments calls for an holistic focus on private spaces for the basement and ground floor, a communal roof terrace, a children’s play area as well as an inviting pedestrian entrance and practicality for parking access. The scheme has been carefully considered to incorporate native trees and hedging that provide food, shelter and nesting for wildlife, as well as nectar and pollen rich plants to support and encourage entomological diversity.
