One of the joys of designing a large garden is the facility to incorporate different ‘rooms’ that not only provides interest and diversity but the ability to choose styles suiting the aspect, drainage and soil types that can vary throughout a plot. Mixing different garden styles however can present more of a challenge. In Iver, we are blending a traditional country garden as befits this part barn conversion with oriental styles and elements from Japan.
